Battery power changes response time
Omlet support says a battery-powered door checks in with Wi-Fi every ten minutes. A phone command can wait until that check-in. The approved plug-in supply gives more responsive app control. This matters if you expect a tap on your phone to move the panel immediately.
Confirm scheduled operation during an internet outage while supervising the flock. An app status message is not a view of the threshold; use a camera or an in-person check to confirm the door position.
